Process Cards
Terms
Last updated Oct 14, 2026. Version 2026-10-14.2.
Process Cards is a desk for a sports card and trading-card collection, run by Joey Gorgen in Minnesota, USA. These terms are a plain-language template for how the app is meant to work. They are not legal advice. Questions, DMCA notices, and the arbitration opt-out go to joey.gorgen21@gmail.com.
Process Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Mercari, PSA, BGS, SGC, Panini, Topps, Card Hedge, or any other card brand, grader, or marketplace.
The service is AS IS
Process Cards is provided AS IS and as available. There are no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the desk, sync, photos, scores, or auto-fill will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Estimates, not advice
Values, profit, sell scores, confidence, liquidity, comps, medians, and AI auto-fill are estimates. They are not financial, investment, tax, grading, or appraisal advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell a card. You are solely responsible for your buy, sell, listing, and grading decisions.
Accounts and age
Accounts are handled by Supabase. You must be at least 13. Ages 13 through 17 may use a free desk only with a parent or guardian’s consent. Premium is only for people 18 or older. Children under 13 may not use Process Cards. Keep your login to yourself.
Your content
You keep ownership of the cards, notes, and photos you save. You grant Process Cards a license to host, store, sync, and display that content only to run the service for you. You warrant that you own the photos and other content you upload, or that you have the rights you need, and that the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape Process Cards, resell its data, probe it, or overload it. Do not list or store items that are illegal to sell. Do not upload malware or someone else’s private data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service, with notice when we reasonably can.
Premium, renewal, and refunds
Premium is $9.99 per month, billed by Stripe. It renews automatically each month, and the card on file is charged until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Canceling stops the next renewal. Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial period unless the law requires a refund. Process Cards does not store your full card number. While checkout is in Stripe test mode, a test card is not a real charge.
Other people’s services
Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Google and other AI providers, Upstash, and any future data source such as Card Hedge are third parties. eBay and Mercari are not connected: copy buttons only put text on your clipboard. We do not control those services. Their outages, errors, and terms are theirs. We are not responsible for what they do with data they receive while providing their own service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Process Cards and Joey Gorgen are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost cards, or grading or sale decisions. Total liability for a claim is capped at the greater of the fees you paid for Process Cards in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.
Your indemnity
You will indemnify Process Cards and Joey Gorgen against claims, damages, and reasonable costs that come from your content, your listings, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Minnesota law, except where the Federal Arbitration Act applies. You and Process Cards agree to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is individual: you waive any right to a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Either of us may take an individual claim to small-claims court instead. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after you accept these terms by emailing joey.gorgen21@gmail.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” and the email on the account. A court claim that is not in arbitration and is not in small claims goes to the state or federal courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
If these terms change, the “last updated” date and the version number change with them. For a material change, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. The current version is 2026-10-14.2. The Privacy Policy describes the data we keep.
Copyright notices
If you believe something in Process Cards infringes a copyright, email joey.gorgen21@gmail.com with the words “DMCA notice,” the work you own, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the notice is accurate. Joey Gorgen is the designated contact for those notices.
